Full refund is available only if work has not started.

Once the project has begun, no refund will be issued.

No refund will be provided after delivering the first draft or concept.

If the client refuses to provide required project materials, no refund will be issued.

If Devrox.co cannot complete the project for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
